FIAN was established in 1991 by its founder, who tried to combine the family business tradition with high education during these years, the company has grown significantly to cover a variety of construction fields.
The company’s journey begun with the supply and the designation of
DRIZORO for
waterproofing and construction chemicals. Even though, the brand was
unknown in the
Saudi market FIAN has succeeded
through the years to make
DRIZORO
one of
the most recognized leading brands for construction chemicals
and waterproofing in
the market.

During the following years, FIAN introduced new construction solutions including: soil stabilization, erosion, and dust control. These solutions have been utilized at leading projects for both public and private sectors.

In 2019 FIAN has established MateriaLUX: A new division specialized in the supply of high end architectural finishing products and solutions. MateriaLUX is managed by highly qualified architects and interior designers who established partnership contacts with leading architects, project designers, and owners all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
